Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy administrative or data processing role.
• Knowledge on tacho laws is desirable but not essential.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Well organised.
• Ability to work individually and also as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transport admin operations of the depot to meet business objectives and customer needs.
• Data input tasks as required.
• Ensure drivers arrive on time and track trunking and C2C operations.
• Carry out administrative duties to a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Communicate with internal and external customers as needed.
• Utilise IT systems effectively in delivery of duties.
