Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Transport Specialist / Freight Forwarder to manage the secure transportation of gold and other precious metals. This role demands in-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and security protocols related to high-value goods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end logistics and secure transportation of high-value assets across international borders.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export requirements.
• Manage import/export procedures, including customs documentation and clearance.
• Liaise with logistics providers, storage facilities, and our high net-worth clients to ensure the safe and timely delivery of shipments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in high-value freight forwarding and secure logistics operations.
• Deep understanding of international shipping regulations, trade compliance, and risk management.
• Preferably UK-based, with a comprehensive grasp of both local and international logistics frameworks.
• Fluency in English and German (French is a strong advantage).
• Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving capabilities with the ability to operate with the highest level of discretion.
