Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Transport Shift Manager to lead daily transport operations and drive performance across the network. This permanent role offers broad exposure across transport functions and includes managing a team of 4-6 direct reports.

You will ensure driver, fleet and transport compliance while delivering KPI targets in a fast-paced environment and developing drivers and frontline managers.

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of transport compliance and processes.
• Experience handling performance management and employee relations.
