• Lead a team of 4–6 direct reports and their teams.
• Drive transport operations, performance, productivity and KPIs.
• Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure driver, fleet and transport compliance standards are maintained.
• Promote safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across transport and warehouse operations to deliver customer-focused service.
