Responsibilities

• Review and amend daily transport plans as needed.
• Manage day-to-day transport operations and resolve issues with drivers and warehouse.
• Oversee driver induction, training, and qualifications up to date.
• Deputise for Transport Manager on daily plan/review calls when required.
• Conduct quarterly 1-2-1s with direct reports per OMS guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with DHL Asset Management Centre of Excellence standards.
