What does the role entail?

• Managing shipping requirements for distribution routes, from warehouse to end-user, maintaining performance reports for your shift.
• Implementing productivity standards by communicating job expectations to team members, ensuring deadlines are met safely and efficiently.
• Tracking and tracing shipping orders using digital tracking software, ensuring compliance with legislation and record-keeping.
• Monitoring recruitment and staff training, maintaining up-to-date records per company policies.
