Pay Rate:

Competitive plus 16.75% Shift Premium.

Shift patterns:

Monday to Friday, three-shift rotation covering:

• AM 05:00 - 13:00
• Afternoon 13:00 - 21:00
• Nights 21:00 - 05:00

Role Responsibilities

• Support in providing a fully compliant operation, ensuring transport efficiency within budget, and maintaining high-quality service to meet contract and customer demands.
• Achieve targets, ensure on-time deliveries, boost team morale, and meet personal development goals while maintaining compliance.
• Manage 8 controllers and up to 300 drivers, including subcontractors and agency staff, providing leadership, motivation, training, and development.
• Ensure efficient, customer-focused shift operations.
• Analyze reports against KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, sharing ideas and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in transport within supply chain or logistics.
• Management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Tachomaster, Microlise, Key2 is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
