WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

In this role, you will:

• Support a fully compliant operation, ensuring transport efficiency within budget while maintaining high service standards.
• Achieve targets, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain team morale and compliance.
• Manage a team of 8 controllers and up to 300 drivers, including subcontractors and agency staff, providing leadership, motivation, training, and development.
• Be accountable for shift operations, ensuring customer-focused service delivery.
• Analyze reports against KPI targets and recommend improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, sharing ideas and best practices.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Experience in Transport, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with Tachomaster, Microlise, Key2 is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
