Qualifications

• Has strong communication skills and is comfortable speaking with drivers and customers.
• Can work independently while also collaborating with a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers, ensuring routes are covered efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls from drivers needing support or updates.
• Communicate with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries and issues.
• Perform general operational and administrative tasks to support the shift.
• Provide debrief support for drivers, reviewing completed routes and issues.
