Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in transport/warehouse administration or customer service is advantageous.
• Organised and able to support transport operations and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with drivers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and communicate updates with drivers and depot teams.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling delivery queries and resolving issues.
• Monitor performance, on-time deliveries, and KPI reporting.
• Investigate delivery issues and support corrective actions to reduce failures.
• Maintain records and ensure transport systems are updated; ensure accuracy.
