Job summary

GXO is recruiting a Transport Administrator in Middlewich, CW10 0GY. This full-time role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 10:00 to 22:00, with some alternate shift times as required.

You will coordinate daily transport administration and support service delivery in a dynamic environment while upholding safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong administration skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a flexible, customer-focused approach to support

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in keeping our busy transport operation running smoothly, coordinating daily administration activities and supporting service delivery
• Help keep our fleet moving by managing vehicle tracking, servicing schedules, defect reporting, and VOR processes
• Support drivers throughout their shifts, conducting pre- and de-briefs, issuing paperwork, and providing a professional first point of contact
• Work closely with transport managers, drivers, customers, and operational teams to deliver excellent service while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance
