CSG Botley depot invites applications for a full-time Transport/Logistics role. You will plan vehicle scheduling, route collections, and allocate driver resources, ensuring compliance and efficient operations.

A CPC qualification and full UK driving licence are essential, with familiarity in Salesforce or Field Service a plus. Role offers 40-hour weeks, an annual bonus scheme, and long-term development opportunities within an award-winning environmental company in the UK.

Competenze

• Commitment to compliance with Health & Safety standards.
• Experience in transport office operations and coordination.
• Experience in the waste sector beneficial.
• Holder of CPC Qualification or willingness to gain this.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Field Service or similar planning systems.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

Mansioni

• Plan efficient vehicle scheduling and routing to maximise utilisation.
• Plan driver/operative resources for allocated areas.
• Complete paperwork for collections in paper and online formats.
• Ensure transport compliance with CPC Holder and vehicle maintenance.
• Collaborate with regional administration for transport admin.
• Provide high level customer service to external and internal customers.
• Manage drivers, holidays and sickness; run team meetings.
• Produce financial reports for Transport manager/RBM.
