Job summary

Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for an internal recruiter (driving) on a temporary ongoing basis with an immediate start. You will join our client’s internal recruitment team, focusing on delivering high-volume UK-wide driver recruitment across multiple depots.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience in driving recruitment, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing both sides of the process while communicating with internal colleagues and depot managers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of high-volume driving recruitment experience with candidate attraction and transport compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment campaigns for HGV/7.5 tonne drivers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process and liaise with depot managers.
