Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Transport Quality & Training Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality training for BSPS Transport staff. You will lead Health & Safety and COSHH, and oversee the Quality Management System, ensuring safe, compliant and patient-focused operations across the service.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate audits, and collaborate with Site Leads and Operations Manager to enhance service delivery while maintaining strong staff

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level and hold a valid UK driving licence with no points.
• Experience delivering training courses is desirable.
• In-depth professional expertise from theory and practice.
• Sound knowledge of pathology transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality training programmes for BSPS Transport staff while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and Trust requirements.
• Act as Transport Lead for Health & Safety and COSHH, promoting a strong safety culture and implementing policies.
• Drive continuous improvement as Quality Lead for BSPS Transport, ensuring standards of quality, safety, and performance are met.
• Develop and coordinate the Quality Management System (QMS) with Site Leads and the Operations Manager.
• Monitor service performance and implement solutions to improve delivery.
• Ensure regulatory inspections and audits are supported and compliant.
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve outcomes for service users and staff.
• Embed best practice and enhance processes to raise care standards.
