Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Banbury is seeking a Transport QRA Manager to lead Quality, Risk and Assurance across the transport operation, with regular travel to other sites. You will drive compliance, audits, investigations and continuous improvement to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused transport performance.

The role also acts as the primary quality and regulatory lead for the transport contract, providing expert guidance on compliance, quality standards and regulatory expectations, and

Qualifications

• Previous experience in QA Pharmaceutical and Transport Logistics is essential.
• Fully compliant on GMP and GDP elements of the QMS.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and supply chain elements.
• Understanding of GxP regulatory requirements and associated procedures.
• Experience with change controls and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and maintenance of EU GDP/GMDP compliance across transport operations.
• Act as the primary quality and regulatory lead for the transport contract; advise on compliance and audits.
• Review and maintain Quality and Technical Agreements with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage quality incidents including deviations, complaints, investigations and CAPA actions.
• Serve as point of contact for client quality matters; provide regular compliance updates.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and standardisation across the network.
• Support new business opportunities with quality oversight and risk assessment.
• Champion a Quality First Culture with training and promoting right-first-time behaviours.
