Job summary

DHL is seeking a Transport QRA Manager in Banbury with regular travel to other sites. You will lead quality, risk and assurance across the transport operation, drive regulatory compliance, coordinate audits, investigations and CAPA, and support continuous improvement for safe, efficient, customer-focused performance.

The role requires expert guidance on GMP/GDP, QMS, and contractual quality agreements with clients and suppliers, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and risk management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in QA Pharmaceutical and Transport Logistics is essential.
• Fully compliant on GMP and GDP; understanding of GMP/GDP requirements.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and supply chain elements.
• GxP regulatory knowledge and QMS procedures.
• Change controls and risk assessment experience.
• Experience in Medical Devices, Cold Chain, Validation, Transportation and Packaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and maintenance of EU GDP/GMDP compliance across transport operations.
• Act as the primary quality and regulatory lead for the transport contract.
• Review, negotiate and maintain Quality and Technical Agreements with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage quality incidents including deviations, complaints, investigations and CAPA.
• Serve as the key point of contact for client quality matters and provide regular compliance updates.
• Monitor, analyse and report on quality and contractual KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
• Support new business opportunities with quality oversight and compliance advice.
• Champion a Quality First Culture through training and coaching.
