Job summary

Great Bear (Part of the Culina Group) on Deeside is recruiting a Transport Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. The role provides administrative support and data accuracy, supporting deadlines and contributing to site success.

Salary £26,031 per annum; working hours Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm. Key duties include POD/Return processing, booking collections and deliveries, paperwork management, and coordinating with depots and hauliers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Fantastic communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Able to manage own time to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to site success by processing POD and Return per site policy.
• Book in collections for customers and complete paperwork.
• Book in deliveries for customers.
• Ensure paperwork is returned for all customer deliveries and chase PODs.
• Liaise with staff at other depots and external contacts.
• Photocopying, printing, organizing documents and data.
• Managing inbound diary for all customers.
• Monitoring daily the POD workflow.
• Controlling period end spreadsheets.
• Compiling lists of outstanding PODs and contacting the hauliers.
• Reporting the PODs outstanding daily.
