Job summary

Right Now Recruitment is seeking a Transport Administrator to join an expanding operations team in Cirencester. This is a full-time, 12‑month FTC with a salary in the £30,000–£33,000 range, office-based at Cerney Wick.

You will plan and schedule orders, manage the haulage fleet, and act as the main contact for customers and drivers, ensuring stock and transport schedules stay on track.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with strong order management experience.
• Background in Logistics, Transport or Fleet Management.
• Experience scheduling materials and route planning.
• Good geographical knowledge and ability to plan efficient routes.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule orders on the in-house system.
• Manage and utilise the haulage fleet.
• Process customer orders against forecast, ensuring stock availability.
• Be the key contact for customers and drivers.
• Maintain data accuracy in internal databases.
• Plan routes focusing on cost and efficiency.
• Monitor transports and inform clients at milestones.
• Ensure Goods-In receives correct quantities.
