Right Now Recruitment is seeking a Transport Administrator for an office-based role in Haywards Heath. You will plan and schedule orders, coordinate drivers and fleet, and ensure stock availability. A strong background in logistics and route planning is preferred, and a full UK driving licence is essential.

The position is full-time permanent, Monday to Friday with one in five Saturdays. Salary ranges from £30,000 to £33,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning/logistics or transport planning is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule orders on the in-house system.
• Manage and utilise the haulage fleet.
• Ensure stock availability and timely processing of orders.
• Be the main contact for customers and drivers.
• Maintain accuracy of internal order data.
• Plan routes focusing on cost and efficiency.
• Monitor transports and update clients on milestones.
