Igloo Ltd is recruiting a Transport Administrator to join a busy logistics operation in Ryton-on-Dunsmore. The role will initially be based in Ryton-on-Dunsmore, with a move to the Daventry site once the operation relocates.

You must be able to work from Daventry when the move occurs. This fast-paced role supports planning and coordinating daily transport movements, liaising with drivers and internal teams, and maintaining accurate data in Excel and internal systems.

Qualificações

• Experience in transport administration or a similar logistics role.
• Experience with route planning and coordinating transport movements.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate daily transport movements.
• Manage inbound and outbound vehicle units.
• Support delivery-day operations and plan next-day loads.
• Source and book trailers to meet needs.
• Pull, review and input transport data accurately.
• Use Excel and internal systems to maintain records.
• Liaise with drivers, transport teams and other departments.
• Provide general admin support to the transport team.
