You'll plan daily routes, manage fleet and drivers, ensure compliance with Drivers' Hours regulations, and maintain accurate transport records using a Transport Management System.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transport planning, traffic office, or logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of UK geography and regulatory requirements for drivers' hours.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Proficiency in using a Transport Management System (TMS) and IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Strategic route optimisation to meet delivery windows and cost targets.
• Allocate vehicles and drivers while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouses and customers for real-time problem-solving.
• Maintain transport management records and compliance logs.
