We have a great opportunity for a Transport Operations Support Administrator to join our Bristol Transport team!

This position is responsible for debriefing drivers on a daily basis alongside providing general administration support to the Transport team.

Salary: £28,392 per annum.

Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 19:00 - 03:30.

Key Duties of Transport Operations Support Administrator:

  • Debriefing drivers accurately.
  • Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned correctly.
  • Scanning and storing PODs using Culina’s document management system.
  • Preparing drivers’ wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence, along with relevant delivery information.
  • Printing dispatch notes and replenishing dispatch paper as needed.
  • Answering phone calls and assisting with inquiries.
  • Communicating all estimated times of arrival (ETAs) to Customer Services.
  • Updating spreadsheets related to change-overs, run summaries, and trailer check sheets.
  • Departing loads using Transport Management System (TMS).
  • Ensuring all uplifts are dispatched in correct loads.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Good computer literacy, especially MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
