Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join our team at the Tewkesbury Office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and dynamic working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Setting up new installation projects.
  • Processing and setting up small works projects.
  • Raising and approving invoices.
  • Liaising with Regional Engineering and Installation Managers as needed.
  • Maintaining the Docuware storage system.
  • Providing support to the Head of Business Support.
  • Booking travel and hotels.

Candidate requirements:

  • Understanding of administration processes and procedures.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
