Job description

We are partnering with a well-established and reputable business located in Cirencester, recruiting a HR Support Administrator on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support high-level administrative tasks related to HR processes.
  2. Assist with the transfer of over 270 staff through a TUPE process.
  3. Potential involvement in payroll activities to support the transfer and restructures.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Exceptional attention to detail.
  2. Ability to react and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.
  5. Desirable: CIPD Level 3 qualification and understanding of payroll activities (not essential).
