Based at our Norwich site, the role offers a salary up to £49,500 plus car allowance, bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including holidays and pension. A strong candidate will drive cost control, stakeholder engagement and safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong on compliance and CPC holder.
• Experience in transport operation with a large driver workforce.
• Experience working with customers and maintaining relationships.
• Strong communication skills and leadership in teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation to meet compliance and targets.
• Control costs to meet or exceed budget targets and drive improvements.
• Motivate and manage relationships with depot drivers, managers and customers.
