Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder is seeking a Transport Operations Administrator in Walthamstow. This full-time role offers a generous starting salary and comprehensive training, with shifts Monday to Friday 10:30 am–6:30 pm and occasional weekend cover.

You will learn booking systems, scheduling, fleet management and safety procedures while supporting elderly and disabled service users and coordinating with drivers and garages.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Fleet Supervisor with day-to-day transport operations.
• Process and monitor bookings using scheduling systems.
• Allocate drivers and distribute daily schedules via Connect Team and text.
• Maintain accurate operational records and log sheets.
• Assist with fleet management, including vehicle inspections and liaising with garages.
• Respond to customer and driver enquiries by phone and email.
• Ensure safety procedures and return protocols are followed.
