Job summary

CTRG in Haydock is seeking a Transport Administrator to join a busy logistics operation. This permanent, Monday–Friday role offers full training, a supportive team, and the chance to develop admin and transport knowledge.

You will produce reports, handle enquiries, support drivers, update systems, and work closely with transport and warehouse colleagues. Onsite parking available and weekly pay provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good attention to detail.
• Confident using computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organised and able to manage a busy workload.
• Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• As Transport Administrator, support day-to-day transport office operations.
• Produce reports, dashboards and KPI information.
• Handle customer enquiries and track deliveries.
• Support drivers through the debrief process.
• Process time and attendance information.
• Assist with payroll administration.
• Update transport and warehouse systems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with transport, warehouse and customer service teams.
