The role offers a clear path to progression within a supportive team. You will coordinate bookings, schedules and driver allocations, while gaining hands-on experience in a busy operational environment.

Qualifications

• No prior office, administration or transport experience required; full paid training provided.
• UK driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop in transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bookings, driver allocations and daily transport schedules.
• Maintain accurate operational records, shift registers and reports.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, garages and suppliers.
• Support fleet management, vehicle inspections and maintenance arrangements.
• Monitor the safe return of vehicles and crews.
• Manage schedule changes and cancellations with Dial-a-Ride.
• Follow operational procedures and help maintain high safety standards.
