Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or distribution.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with transport management systems (Microlise, Tachomaster).
• Understanding of driver hours regulations and WTD.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to prioritise workload and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage POD documentation including scanning and resolving missing PODs.
• Conduct daily driver briefings and debriefings.
• Monitor vehicle routes and driver schedules.
• Support the transport team with admin and ops tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies, transport legislation, and safety standards.
• Identify and report operational or compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate transport records.
