Qualifications

• CPC Transport Manager certification required.
• Experience in transport, logistics or waste management.
• Understanding of Drivers' Hours and Operator Licence legislation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills and full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support transport teams.
• Manage driver compliance, working hours and transport legislation.
• Conduct driver debriefs and performance reviews.
• Monitor fleet compliance and vehicle availability.
• Deliver toolbox talks and health & safety initiatives.
• Ensure Operator Licence and FORS compliance.
• Support employee wellbeing and development.
• Drive continuous improvement across transport operations.
