Ethero is recruiting a Transport Administrator for their Stoke-on-Trent site. You will coordinate deliveries, liaise with transport companies and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Proactive communication and strong IT skills are essential for success.

Working hours are 06:30–14:30, Monday to Friday, with a weekly PAYE pay schedule. The role starts temporary and may become permanent for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• A methodical and organised approach to work.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy working environment.

Responsabilités

• Arranging and coordinating inbound deliveries.
• Booking delivery time slots and ensuring schedules are maintained.
• Liaising with transport companies to coordinate deliveries and resolve queries.
• Booking in orders accurately using delivery notes.
• Generating Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
• Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to enquiries professionally.
• Contacting suppliers by email regarding discrepancies, returns and delivery issues.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
