Job summary

TipTopJob is looking for a Distribution Supervisor in Kidderminster. The role focuses on coordinating transport operations, liaising with clients and drivers, and supporting the Warehouse and Distribution Teams to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in transport/warehouse environments, strong planning and coordination skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a transport and warehouse environment is essential.
• Strong transport planning, scheduling and coordination skills are a must.
• Must possess strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with ERP and MRP systems.
• Experienced in maintaining operational records, transport documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

My client is a well:established manufacturer and distributer of bespoke products for a wide range of industry sectors. They are seeking a Distribution Supervisor to join their existing team. As a Distribution Supervisor, your role will focus on coordinating transport operations, liaise with client and drivers and to support the wider Warehouse and Distribution Teams.
