Job summary

The Best Connection in Hatfield is seeking a Transport Customer Service representative to join on a day shift. You will support admin tasks within transport and handle calls from customers to ensure smooth shipments.

Key requirements include transport admin experience and a call centre background, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. Hours vary from 6am to 7pm with 5 shifts over 7.
