Job summary

XPO is seeking a talented Transport Coordinator for its Banbury site on a full-time, permanent basis. You will coordinate subcontractors and the outbound fleet, manage planning activities, and ensure jobs are completed on time while maintaining high levels of safety and service.

The role includes full training, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a salary up to £31,500. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension, cycle-to-work scheme, and access to discounts across high street

Qualifications

• Experience in transport/logistics office preferred
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Good communication with drivers, subcontractors and customers
• Willingness to learn wider transport duties

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and outbound fleet to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Validate driver details and debrief drivers after jobs.
• Operate transport management systems and resolve issues.
• Provide support with insurance and claims investigations.
