Streamline Search is seeking a Transport Coordinator in Manchester to support transport, production and customer service operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan routes, liaise with drivers and hauliers, manage documentation, and assist with month-end admin. The role requires 5+ years in B2B customer service and experience in transport/logistics, with strong Excel/IT skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ B2B customer service experience.
• Previous experience within transport, logistics or production coordination is mandatory.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and general IT skills; Sage experience desirable.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily transport routes and coordinate collections.
• Liaise with production, customers, drivers and third-party hauliers.
• Process transport documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Manage driver hours, vehicle checks and fleet administration.
• Monitor customer KPIs and provide regular reports.
• Organise product transfers between sites.
• Support accounts with month-end administration when required.

Transport Coordinator Required - Manchester - Full Time

Our client is a well-established industrial packaging manufacturer, specialising in bespoke packaging solutions for customers across a range of industries.

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Transport Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day running of transport, production and customer service operations. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

Package

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (early finish on Fridays when workload allows)
• £30,000 per annum
• 5% annual performance bonus
