Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Transport Coordinator to support day-to-day transport, production and customer service operations at our Oldham site.

The role requires handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and coordinating with drivers, customers and hauliers to ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate has at least five years of B2B customer service experience and proven transport/logistics coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' B2B customer service experience.
• Previous experience within transport, logistics, or production coordination is mandatory.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and general IT skills; Sage experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily transport routes and coordinate collections.
• Liaise with production, customers, drivers and third-party hauliers.
• Process transport documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Manage driver hours, vehicle checks and fleet administration.
• Monitor customer KPIs and provide regular reports.
• Organise product transfers between sites.
• Support accounts with month-end administration when required.

Transport Coordinator Required - Manchester - Full Time

Our client is a well-established industrial packaging manufacturer, specialising in bespoke packaging solutions for customers across a range of industries.

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Transport Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of transport, production, and customer service operations. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

Package:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (early finish on Fridays when workload allows)
• £30,000 per annum
• 5% annual performance bonus
• Christmas bonus
