Transport Coordinator

Position Type: Permanent, full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday & Alternating Saturday mornings

What you’ll do:

• Plan, organise, and coordinate daily deliveries, exchanges, and collections with the wider Transport team using our routing system.
• Monitor transport routes, smartphone compliance, completed jobs, and on-time performance.
• Reduce unnecessary journeys and coordinate collections by confirming readiness and supporting problematic collections on the same day.
• Manage and monitor daily transport operations, providing updates to internal and external customers.

What you’ll bring:

• A positive, proactive attitude with good problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working with computers and systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced environment.
