We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy Transport department based in our Avonmouth out base as a Transport Coordinator .

Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

We are recruiting for:

  • Night shift with a working pattern 4 on 4 off shifts 6pm to 6am.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Daily licence checks ensuring drivers adhere to road transport legislation.
  • Driver brief and de-briefing as well as data entry of statistics, reports and KPIs.
  • Daily download of driver digi cards to be conducted.
  • Report all accidents and incidents and follow up as required.
  • Ensure fleet is made available for service and MOT as required and kept in a clean and tidy condition.
  • All defects are raised and cleared in an effective manner.

We expect the successful candidate to:

  • Be an excellent communicator both written and oral.
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be flexible with a ‘Can Do Attitude’.
