Dx in Belfast is seeking a Shift Support to assist the Shift Manager with daily de-briefs, ensuring courier compliance with standard operating procedures and high customer service levels.

You will monitor driver performance using our company software, handle on‑the‑road issues, ensure returns are coded correctly, and perform vehicle audits. A collaborative team environment and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with incident logging and escalation.
• Clear documentation of de-briefs and issues.
• Attention to detail and adherence to SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Complete daily de-briefs; log service issues and communicate to Customer service/management.
• Investigate and escalate driver non-compliances.
• Monitor performance using company software and assist with on-the-road issues.
• Ensure items are returned per SOP and correctly coded.
• Complete ad-hoc de-briefs as required.
• Download handheld scanners daily and report faults.
• Carry out ad-hoc vehicle audits and POD/address data entry.
