Job Summary

We are looking for a new Logistics Coordinator (Fixed term-1 year) employee to be based in Warrington.

What a typical day looks like :

  • Serving as the single point of contact with the field service and other internal partners for all logistics and inventory related questions/concerns.
  • Communicates regularly and pro-actively with internal partners regarding status of shipments and in case of discrepancies, work with couriers on fastest resolution.
  • Work in conjunction and communicate with logistics providers to arrange collections.
  • Review, follow-up and resolution of open orders.
  • Arrange for parts orders cancellations.
  • Review, follow up and resolution of parts returned with non-conforming quality.
  • Review and follow up on manufacturing alerts, parts set up and parts escalations.
  • System maintenance of drop point addresses.
  • Trouble shooting of operational issues on logistics movements.
  • Data reporting (KPI’s, Scorecards) on focus areas to direct management.

Experience/qualification we are looking to add to the team:

  • Previous work experience in a similar environment/in customer service role.
  • Excellent problem solving, time management & communication skills
  • Adaptable to work in a challenging, fast paced and changing working environment.
  • Team player who can fit seamlessly into an existing team and is able to provide support to the team when needed.
  • Outstanding Excel knowledge
  • Eligible to work in the UK
