DPD UK in Carlisle is seeking a Transport Clerk to join the Traffic office, ensuring routes are covered and drivers arrive on time. You will handle licence checks for agency drivers and perform routine admin to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate arrivals and communicate issues quickly to keep the operation running smoothly.
• Complete licence checks for agency drivers and ensure compliance with O Licence Regulations.
• Perform administrative duties such as answering calls and printing route paperwork.
• Issue routes to drivers and manage distribution of work.
• Assist Transport Shift Managers with additional administration as needed.
• Undertake comprehensive reporting and data analysis.
