Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Hub, Network Operations, Transport and Security to communicate updates and keep operations running smoothly.
• Complete licence checks for agency drivers in line with O Licence Regulations.
• Perform general administrative duties: answer phone queries, print route paperwork and maps.
• Issue routes to drivers.
• Assist Transport Shift Managers and Operations Managers with additional administration.
• Undertake comprehensive reporting and data analysis.
