GXO Logistics is seeking a Transport Administrator to join the team at Sainsbury's in Greenford. The role focuses on admin support for vehicle and driver movements, ensuring accuracy in WMS and other transport systems, and coordinating vehicle activity on site.

The position is full-time on a 4 on 4 off shift from 06:00 to 18:00, based at an established UK site. You will gain exposure to logistics operations, stock movements and the day-to-day management of transport processes.

Qualificações

• Experience in transport/warehouse admin is desirable.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of Drivers Working Time Directive and EU Regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out required administration to support vehicle and driver movements.
• Assist in administering the integrity and accuracy of WMS and other transport systems.
• Administer the movement of vehicles and associated activity.
• Undertake activities in line with company requirements and service agreements.
