Hariley Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Transport Administrator/Planner based in Telford to join our team and support daily route planning for drivers. The role involves coordinating live operations, communicating with drivers, customers and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with driver hours and company procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience, transport planning exposure, and solid knowledge of the UK road network, plus excellent communication

Qualifikationen

• Previous transport planning experience preferred.
• Must have administration experience.
• Strong geographical knowledge of the UK road network.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.

Aufgaben

• Plan and allocate daily routes for drivers
• Monitor live operations and resolve any issues or delays
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Ensure legal and company compliance, including WTD and driver hours
• Maintain accurate records and update systems in real time
• Contribute to continuous improvements in planning processes
• General Administration tasks
• Support the wider operations team when required
• Liaise with drivers as and when required making outbound and taking inbound calls

We are hiring for an experienced Transport Administrator/Planner based in Telford.

Working Hours & Contract

• Mon-Fri/4 on 4 off
• 08:00-17:00/06:30-18:30
• Temporary contract
• Must have previous administration experience
• Transport planning experience preferred
