Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking a Transport Administrator to support our transport and office departments in Tankersley. You will plan and route vehicles on Sundays and, from Monday to Thursday, interact with drivers and customers, performing KPI inputting and related administration.

We require IT literacy with high competence in Excel; SAP experience would be advantageous, and prior transport/logistics exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Transport Administrator (minimum 6 months).
• Strong IT skills with high competence in Excel.
• SAP experience would be an advantage.
• Experience in traffic, warehousing, or logistics is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and route vehicles on Sundays.
• Interact with drivers and customers; perform administration tasks and KPI inputing from Monday to Thursday.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a transport administrator and planner to support our transport / office department.

IT literate with high competence in Excel.

Sunday – Planning and routing vehicles,

Monday – Thursday interaction with drivers, customers, and administration work (KPI inputting) system checks.

Experience:

• Experience working within a Transport Administrator position previously (Minimum 6-Months)
• IT literate with high competence in Excel.
• SAP experience would be an advantage.
• Preferable previous experience working in traffic, warehousing, or logistics environment.
