Job summary

Culina Group in the UK is seeking a Transport Administrator to join our Transport Logistics division. You will support on-site operations with driver check-in/out, dispatch, and documentation in a fast-moving supply chain environment.

We offer 4 on 4 off days (7:00-19:00) and a salary of £27,027 per year, with benefits including wellbeing support, eye care vouchers, and recognition programs. You will liaise with drivers, manage SOPs and KPI reporting, and help drive site compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers accurately with all relevant paperwork.
• Support KPI reporting for customers and depot metrics.
• Input correct trailer numbers into the internal tracking system.
• Monitor service board to ensure correct week numbers on trailers.
• Liaise with drivers on gate procedures before entry.
• Complete daily tasks for compliance and update staffing as needed.

As part of our, Transport Logistics division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as aTransport Administrator.

Salary: £27,027 per annum

Shift: 4 on 4 off days, 7:00-19:00

As a Transport Administrator you will be working alongside the transport team responsible for providing on-site operational and administrative support. Responsibilities start with checking-in and checking-out registration of drivers, dispatching drivers and completing key documentation.

Key Duties of Transport Administrator:

• Efficiently and accurately dispatching drivers with all relevant paperwork


• Support managers with completing customer and Stobart KPIs, where required Making sure the correct trailer numbers are inputted into the internal tracking system


• Monitoring the service board to make sure the correct week number is on the correct trailer for depot trailers


• Liaising with drivers on the gate communication system to make them aware of site procedures before entering site, when required


• Completing all daily tasks for compliance purposes


• Ensure manning levels are updated & correct


• Downloading vehicle & driver digital tachographs as per requirement


• Transport System management
