Job summary

Culina is recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our Contract Logistics division on a full-time, permanent basis. The role operates a 4 on 4 off night shift (6pm–6am) and involves administrative support and accurate data creation to meet deadlines across site POD and Returns processes.

Key duties include booking collections and deliveries, ensuring paperwork is completed and returned, liaising with depots and external contacts, and maintaining diaries and period-end spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Fantastic communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Able to manage own time to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the site’s success by ensuring POD and Return processes are carried out in line with site policy.
• Booking in collections for customers and completing relevant paperwork.
• Booking in deliveries for customers.
• Ensure all paperwork is returned for all customer deliveries despatched from site, and chase outstanding PODs.
• Liaising with staff at other depots and external contacts.
• Photocopying, printing, organising and storing documents and computer-based information.
• Managing inbound diary for all customers.
• Controlling period end spreadsheets.
• Compiling lists of outstanding PODs and contacting the hauliers to request.
• Reporting the PODs outstanding each day.

As part of our, Contract division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Transport Administrator on afull time permanentbasis.

Working hours:4 on 4 nights, 6pm-6am.

The purpose of aTransport Administrator is to provide administrative support and creation of accurate data, with the ability to work to deadlines and contributing to the overall success of the site.
