Job summary

Culina is seeking a Transport Administrator to join the Transport Logistics division. The role involves despatching drivers, processing paperwork, and supporting the despatch team during 4 on/4 off night shifts (18:00–06:00).

You will manage trailer numbers in the tracking system, communicate with drivers, and help ensure accurate records and KPI reporting for the retail operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport/logistics or administrative roles is advantageous.
• Good understanding of transport operations and fast-paced environments.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities to prioritise workloads.
• Flexible, professional approach with excellent communication and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Despatching drivers with all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Input correct trailer numbers into the internal tracking system.
• Monitor service board to ensure correct week numbers on trailers for depots.
• Liaise with drivers on gate procedures and site policies before entry.
• Support the transport team and contribute to KPI reporting where required.

As part of our, Transport Logistics division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as aTransport Administrator.

Salary:£26,000 per annum

Shift: 4 on 4 off nights, 18:00-6:00

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Despatch Clerk to join our retail operation. Working alongside the Senior Transport Clerk and wider transport team, you will provide vital operational and administrative support, including driver check-in/check-out, despatching drivers, and completing key transport documentation.

Key Duties of a Despatch Clerk:

• Efficiently and accurately despatching drivers with all relevant paperwork
• Completing customer and Stobart KPIs where required
• Making sure the correct trailer numbers are inputted into the internal tracking system
• Monitoring the service board to make sure the correct week number is on the correct trailer for depot trailers
• Liaising with drivers on the gate communication system to make them aware of site procedures before entering site, when required
