Job summary

Pertemps North Midlands is seeking a Transport Administrator for night shifts based at Kegworth to support a global logistics operation at East Midlands Gateway. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6pm–4am with a one-hour break, and involves data entry, paperwork checks and liaising with drivers and customers.

Based at Kegworth, this Transport Administrator (Nights) position supports a global logistics operation at East Midlands Gateway, created by new automotive contracts. Working Monday to Friday, 6pm until 4am with a one-hour break, the role suits someone with prior experience in transport, warehousing or logistics who can handle Excel and other computer systems confidently. Daily duties include checking paperwork accuracy, updating records, and liaising with drivers and customers by phone and email, so clear communication matters. This full-time vacancy runs on a temporary-to-permanent basis, paying £15 hourly, with the site reachable by car or public transport. Qualifications

• Have previously worked in a transport, warehouse or logistics environment
