Job summary

Culina Group Limited is recruiting for a Transport Administrator within its Transport Logistics division. The role involves on-site operational and administrative support, including driver check-in/out and documentation management.

You will work 4 on 4 off days from 6:00 to 18:00, with a salary of £27,500–£29,500 per annum depending on experience. This maternity cover is fixed-term until March 2027.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within an administration role.
• Knowledge within a Transport and Logistics environment would be desirable but not essential.
• Able to work under pressure within a busy environment.
• Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency MS packages - Word and Excel etc.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching drivers with all relevant paperwork.
• Completing customer and KPI data as required.
• Inputting correct trailer numbers into the internal tracking system.
• Monitoring the service board to ensure correct week number on each trailer.
• Liaising with drivers via gate communication system on site procedures.
• Completing daily tasks for compliance purposes.
• Updating Manning levels as required.
• Internal reporting duties.
• Downloading vehicle and driver tachographs as required.
• Transport system management.

Life in this role

As part of our, Transport Logistics division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Transport Administrator.

Salary:

£27,500-29,500 per annum, depending on experience

Shift:

4 on 4 off days, 6:00-18:00

Maternity Cover - Fixed-Term Contract until March 2027

As a Transport Administrator you will be working alongside the transport team responsible for providing on-site operational and administrative support. Responsibilities start with checking-in and checking-out registration of drivers, dispatching drivers and completing key documentation.

Key Duties of a Transport Administrator

• Efficiently and accurately dispatching drivers with all relevant paperwork
• Completing customer and Stobart KPIs where required
• Making sure the correct trailer numbers are inputted into the internal tracking system
• Monitoring the service board to make sure the correct week number is on the correct trailer for depot trailers
• Liaising with drivers on the gate communication system to make them aware of site procedures before entering site, when required
• Completing all daily tasks for compliance purposes
• Ensure manning levels are updated & correct
• Internal reporting duties
• Downloading vehicle & driver digital tachographs as per requirement
• Transport System management

Qualifications
